Can any lasagna recipe be replaced with oven ready noodles instead of traditional cooked noodles?!
Is there any rule of thumb for substituting oven ready noodles!? Cook longer not as long etc!.!? Thanks in advance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. I just add a bit of extra water to the entire pot of sauce (like 1/2 cup) so the lasagna won't be too dry overall!. And bake it covered the first 3/4 of the time, then uncover, cover w/ cheese and finish baking the rest of the time!.
I also soften my noodles in a pitcher of hot tap water!. Not cooked, just softened, so they'll bend easily into corners and stuff!. No other adjustments need to be made w/ this trick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use the oven ready lasagna noodles all the time!. The best thing they ever came up with!
What I like to do is add a bit more liquid/tomato sauce to the meat mixture to allow for the noodles to cook/bake!. They bake at the same amount of time, maybe 5-10 minutes longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I often use egg roll wraps just because they offer the least waste when I use the mini-loaf aluminum pans !. I also use them for mini burritos
!.also the flour tortillas!.!.
I hate the lasagna noodles because they rip and fall apart and are too long for the mini loaf pans!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
