What are some unique, tasty smoothie recipes?!
As a very healthy eater, smoothies are one fo my favorite snacks!. The only two recipes I use are strawberry banana and banana!. Sometimes I just want a new, unique recipe!. Anyone have any!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Great Grape Smoothie
Grapes are available year round, but summer seedless grapes are the best!. As spring approaches I’m looking forward to the delicious flavor a crips red grape contains!. Try thi in a smoothie and reap all the health benefits the red grape has to offer!. Grape smoothies don’t get the respect they deserve!.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chilled (not quite frozen) red seeless grapes
2/3 cup sherbet ice cream (raspberry or lime)
1/2 cup unsweetened grape juice
1 to 3 cups of ice (start with one and add more as needed)
Blend this one ingredient at a time and add the ice cubes slowly until the thickness you want is desired!.
Stress Reliever Strawberry Smoothie
Strawberries are good source of vitamins and nutritional value!. These are things that stress can deprive us of and drinking fruit smoothies containing strawberries can help replenish us and keep us healthy!.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup strawberry nectar
1 pitted peach
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or strawberry yogurt if you don’t have the nectar!.
2 cups ice

I love lemonade and with spring around the corner the weather will be getting warmer here in Virginia so I think having a new lemonade smoothie receipe ready is a good idea!. I haven’t tried real lemons, I would love to hear if anyone else has!.

1 cup low-fat lemon yogurt

2 tablespoons chcolate milk syrup
1/2 teaspoon dry chocolate pudding mix
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 banana
1 cups ice
You may wish to add whey power, which I have and that packs even more protein in this drink!. Try one tablespoon for extra protein power!.

This is the flu season and we all know one of the best things to do is to drink liquid and take vitamin C!. Smoothies are the perfect solution to help avoid the flu and help you get better if you have the flu!. So lets stock up on Vitamn C without using orange juice!.
Ingredients:
3 cups of watermelon
1 cup cataloupe
1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 cups of ice

Tomatoes are a great ingredient for a healthy smoothie recipe because of their antioxidant properties!. Men in particular should add tomatoes to their diet to help prevent prostate cancer!.

1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup carrots
1/4 cup (chopped) celery
Tabasco or hot sauce to taste

Trying to get out the door in the morning and eat a good breakfast is a tough combination, so finding a good smoothie combination to help me is a good idea!. Well, I like Grape Nuts cereal and I like to mix it in yogurt and eat it with lunch or for a snack!. So why not blend it into a breakfast smoothie!? So I did!.

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (low-fat)
1 cup ice

Okay, I know, I know!. Star Fruit!? Who eats star fruit!. Well, that is why I added mango and vanilaa yogurt!. Still, star fruit doesn’t get a fair shake!. Get it!? Smoothie!? Shake!. Okay, I’ll stick to recipes!.
