Sauce/gravy to go with swedish meatballs?!


Question: Sauce/gravy to go with swedish meatballs!?
I don't have any store bought gravy to go with my swedish meatballs!. What is something i could make at home with it!. Or is there another way to make a meal with them without having gravy!.

How to make the cream sauce:

Ingredients:
# 100ml cream
# 200ml beef stock
# Chinese soya sauce
# 1 tbsp white flour
# Salt, white pepper

Instructions:

1!. Swirl the boiling water or beef stock in a pan!.
2!. Add cream and thicken with white flour if preferred!.
3!. Season well with salt and pepper!.
4!. Serve the meatballs with the sauce, freshly boiled potatoes, uncooked lingonberry jam and salad!. There you have the perfect Swedish meal!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have had meatballs with - sounds gross, but it was great - grape jelly and yellow mustard combined, then cooked in a crock pot!.!.!.they were super! I don't know the proportions of each!.!.!.maybe 1/2 and 1/2!. Yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

add some flour to the meatball drippings and cook til browned, may have to add a little shortening for more grease!. add water til you get a thick brown gravy!. take off the heat and add some sour cream!. pour over noodles and meatballsWww@FoodAQ@Com
