I was trying to make a pork roast ...?!
i put the roast in the rotissire the outside began to char (i dont like the burnt taste) so i removed it, cut it open and it was all bloody, so then i put it in some water in a slow cooker!. will the meat still turn out juicy and tender and pull apart as if I only used the slow cooker to begin with!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

POT ROAST
Your choice of beef or pork (to fit crock-pot)
1 pkg!. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg!. dry Italian dressing mix
1 pkg!. dry Brown Gravy mix
1 cup water
Put beef in pot!.
Mix together all the dry mixes…!.then add water …pour over meat and cover & cook on high 4-6 hours!.
Until meat is tender!.
The first time I mad it I didn’t have the Italian Dressing mix…!.so I added a pkg!. of Onion Soup Mix…!.I have to say I liked that better!.
If you use more water you might want to add more Brown Gravy mix…!.to make a thicker sauce!. Was gonna add

the secret is to lightly cover it with aluminum foil to let the inside cook!. when the inside is cooked, take the aluminum foil off and let the outside turn to slightly brown!.
boiling works wonders too!. for about an hour, boil it in water with salt, pepper, bayleaf!. it makes the meat tastier and it's already cooked inside so you dont have to worry!.
hope this helped!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I tend to boil my roast for about an hour first in water with salt, pepper, bayleaf!. Take it out and let to cool slightly, then roast in the oven just to brown it up on all sides!. The meat is tender inside and it doesn't shrink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I have always had better luck with a crock pot!. Just make sure it is on low, and not on high, or it will be tough, and overcooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The high heat would have sealed it and added flavour and the slow cooker would have done the rest!.
That is why it pays to brown the meat first!.
Well doneWww@FoodAQ@Com
