Question: Really interested in learning how to cook spanish foods!.!.!.can anyone help me!.!?
My boyfriend is white but his stepfather and younger siblings are all spanish!. I have been dating him for 5 yrs and we have a 10 month old baby together!. I have learned how to make some spanish foods but I would love to know how to make more things and a bigger variety!. Right now I can make empenadas(sorry for the spelling) but I want my son to grow up with these foods and hes getting to the age where he can eat food with us!. We both love spicy foods, chicken, rice, fried things basically anything!. Can anyone give me any suggestions on meals or recipies!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is nothing better than nice cookbooks!. However, for quick references, look on the Internet, You can find great recipes there!. When you are using cookbooks, first collect your ingredients, and take your time with a first!. Do not plan the meal for company until you are familiar with the turnout!. You may like to add to or take away from your ingredients according to your taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just put the juices from hot stuff like canned peppers etc!. into a like, creme pitcher so they can pour it over everything! And be sure you have a HUGE bottle of the spice --- "CUMIN"!.!.!.(for rice, masa, pork etc!.!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try some gazpacho!. Its a beautiful cold tomato soup which is perfect in the summer, really refreshing!
