Put the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water!. Bring water to a boil and set timer for 10 minutes after they have begun to boil!. Drain and run cold water over eggs until cool!. I always find it easiest to peel eggs as soon as they are cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
This method results in perfectly boiled eggs every time, with no green sulphur ring around the yolk and an easy to peel shell!.
Put your eggs gently into a sauce pan!. Be careful not to crowd them, and inspect the shells carefully to make sure that none of them are cracked!. Just cover the eggs with cold water (they may float, but if you push them down with your finger, you should have about 1/4" of water over them)!. Put them on your range and turn the burner on high!. Put the lid partially on so that the water will boil faster!. When the water has reached a full rolling boil, cover the pan completely and remove from the heat!. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 12 minutes for large eggs!. Pour out the hot water, sit the sauce pan into your sink and run cold water over the eggs until they are easily handle-able!. Dry off the shell and crack the egg all over, either by tapping it gently with the back of a spoon or on the countertop!. Then you can peel it!. If you get ahold of the inner membrane of the shell, you can generally peel the cracked shell off in one go!. Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bring the water to a boil first, then put the eggs in!.
As the water is still boiling, put the eggs in and boil for three minutes; then take them out--carefully!
A neat trick: Pour a little cold water over the boiled eggs before taking the shell off!. This will make the shell easier to separate from the egg!. If you don't pour cold water on the shell, it will stick to the egg when you're trying to take it off!.

lower the eggs into a saucepan of boiling salted water!. it's best if the eggs are room temperature, but not essential!.
if you want soft eggs, boil them for 3-4 minutes
if you want hard eggs, boil them for 7minutes
if you are making them for salad or to eat cold any other way, you need to plunge the hard boiled egg into ice water to prevent the outside of the yolk from discolouring!. when the eggs are cold, remove the shells!.

Start with eggs that you bought at least one week ago!. Fresh eggs are very hard to peel!. Leave them on the counter for a half an hour or so to bring them to room temperature!. Put them in the pan and cover with cold water!. Bring them to a GENTLE boil, then cover and remove from the heat!. Let stand 15 minutes in the hot water!. Cool them quickly with cold water, then peel them!.

Start with cold water!. If you put the eggs in hot water, they will burst!. Cover with at least half inch of water (1cm) and bring to a boil!. Cover, remove from heat and let sit 15 mins!. Then soak in really cold water for a few minutes and peel!. If you don't use cold water or if you wait too long before peeling, then it will be really difficult!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
