Answers:
Uncooked ground beef freezes very well!. Wrap in plastic wrap and then put into a ziplock bag!. Squeeze all the air out!. Label the bag with the date and contents, and it will keep for about a year!.
Chili!. Cheap and freezes well too!.
Moussaka (a Greek casserole of seasoned ground beef, roasted eggplant, and mashed potatoes or a cream sauce)
Meat loaf!. Form into small individual loaves!. Freeze the uncooked extras using the plastic wrap/ziplock bag method!.
Meat balls!. Cook them up now, freeze the extras for use in soups, sandwiches and pizza later on!.
Add 1/2lb of browned ground beef to a box of Mac&Cheese!. Add half a jar of spaghetti sauce to the finished Mac&Cheese and burger mixture!. Stir well!.
For an extra flourish, pour into a casserole dish, top with grated cheese and heat in a 400f oven until the cheese is melted - about 7-10 minutes!.
Tastes like Spaghetti-O's, but it's cheaper and better for you!.
Beef stirfry!. Get a package of frozen veggies (they're cheap and good for you!) some soy-sauce and rice (or noodles!.) Cook the rice or noodles as directed, set aside so it starts to cool (cold, leftover noodles or rice is even better!.)
Brown the beef, remove - leaving the grease in the pan!. Dump in the frozen veggies, and maybe some garlic!. Throw the beef back into the pan with the cooked rice/noodles, and a little soy sauce!. Cook until everything is heated through!. Enjoy!. You can make up other sauces too by adding rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, or sugar to the soy sauce!. Experiment, have fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My kids like my "gookers over rice" since it is my own concoction!. I brown some onions and the beef!. To that I add cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute) and some beef bouillon to taste!. Let that simmer for a while!. At the end I put in a little red wine (whatever I have on hand)!. My kids love it!. We put it over rice!. Or you can put it over wide egg noodles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
