3/4 cup butter, softened
1 3/4 cups sugar, plus
2 teaspoons sugar
6 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups milk
3 cups blueberry
2 teaspoons flour
TOPPING
1/3 cup flour
3 teaspoons sugar

Beat butter on low until creamy!. Gradually add sugar, beating on med!. Add eggs, one at a time!. Add vanilla!. Combine dry ingredients!. Alternately add dry mix and milk!. toss the blueberries with the 2 t flour!. Fold into batter!. Divide between 24 greased muffin cups!. Make Topping!. Combine flour, sugar and butter to make crumbs!. Sprinkle on top of muffins!. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F!.

Beat together butter, sugar, and zest until light and fluffy!. Beat in eggs, one at a time!. Beat in cream, then flour and salt, on low speed until just combined!. Stir in 1/2 cup coconut and gently stir in blueberries!.
Spoon batter into cups, filling the cups, and smooth tops!. Sprinkle tops with remaining 3 tablespoons of coconut!.

8 ounces lemon yogurt
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup blueberries
Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

Combine all the dry ingredients!. Combine yogurt, egg, butter, and lemon peel!. Add to the dry ingredients!. Fold in the blueberries gently!.
Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes!.
