Chcolate ganache tarts?!
hi i just made chocolate caramel ganache tarts!. I will be using them in about 4 hours!. Do I need to refridgertae them!? Will my ganach break!? ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

ganache just gets firmer when refrigerated!. so it depends on how you like it softer (room temperature) or more firm

You need to refrigerate if you want the ganache to thicken!. It shouldn't break, but can get pretty hardened as they cool!. If that happens, let them come to room temperature before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
