Question: Kid friendly meals please!? My kids are picky picky eaters I'm at the end of my rope!.!?
Answers:
I'm a picky eater!.!.!. I say I have good taste!.!.!. but!.!.
Pizza
Pasta
Sandwiches ( I've eaten these for lunch everyday for the past 8 years!!!)

These are good and can be altered to your child's liking!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm assuming your kids are small!. If they're not, then I'm with the hardliners--they can either eat what you've prepared or fend for themselves!.

A number of the foods people have mentioned (pasta-especially mac & cheese-popcorn, etc!.) are usually kid pleasers!. Another one is any kind of fruit or veggie they can dip!.

Another trick that often works: have them help prepare some healthy foods!. When they do this, they're usually more interested in eating the food!. This technique is based on kids' enjoyment of doing things themselves!.

Most importantly, don't panic!. Kids WILL eat when they're hungry!. It won't kill them to eat nothing but noodles, or cheese or whatever for a while!. If you're worried about their health, ask your pediatrician about vitamins or other supplements!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a 9 year old daughter and one golden rule that has stood since she was born!. I prepare the food and she chooses!.!.!.!.!.eat it or leave it and be hungry!. Hey presto, with the exception of peas my daughter eats anything!. I have several friends who really stress about their kids 'fussiness' and when I go to their houses I am 'amazed' how they pussyfoot around giving choices, only for the food to be rejected!. Or they stand over their kids, literally leaning over their shoulders watching every mouthful to check it goes in!. It makes me want to scream!. If their kids come to my house for dinner and they leave their food, so be it!. I cannot be bothered with 'Little Lords' and 'princesses'!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken nuggets
Hamburgers

Can you at least get them to take a bite of something at least one time!? There's a book out by Jessica Seineld called Deceptively Delicious and she sneaks veggies into food for her kids by pureeing them!. She has a ton of recipes and her kids have NO clue there are veggies in their brownies, chicken, etc!. Her recipes are from what I heard really, really, good and healthy, and the kids have NO clue! You may want to look into it!.
