I want to make a delicious meal using chicken for myself and my boyfriend!. I love noodles and the whole stirfry idea so any simple recipes/suggestions would be appreciated! xWww@FoodAQ@Com

I love to make roast chicken noodles!. You roast the chicken, then when it is cooked, remove it from the pan and shred the chicken but not thin, use our hands and kinda rip it off, then throw the chicken back in the pan with the juices, add in cooked noodles, toss so they get covered in the juices, then add stir fry veg and toss through again and voila! If you ever make it, I hope you enjoy it =]

lo mein is your answer!
you can choose whichever veggies you like such as carrots, bell peppers, peas, cabbage, baby corn, water chesnuts, mushrooms, and dice your chicken!.
you will need some soy sauce and rice wine vinegar!. a sesame oil, salt and pepper, ginger,
little cornstarch for thickening, chicken broth!.
i don't have a specific recipe, but basically boil the noodles in a pot, cook chicken in a skillet using stir-fry method, take out, then stir-fry veggies, then combine everything and season to taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can take chicken breast and slice it in thin strips!.!.then marinade them in a combo of the following!.!.soy sauce, fresh minced ginger & garlic, and rice vinegar!. Then stir fry along with different asain veggies!.!.!.I like snow peas, red bell pepper, bean sprouts, and bok choy!. Once the chicken is cooked, and the veggies are tender/crisp, add in some cooked spaghetti and additional soy sauce!. Top with sliced green onions and you have home made chicken lo mein!.

I've made the same dish using shrimp and it was really tasty!. Or you could try this recipe!.!.!.it's really simple!.!.!.

**Chicken Lo Mein**

1/2 lb!. spaghetti, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 lb!. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg!. (16 oz!.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed, drained
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp!. peanut butter
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp!. chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp!. chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package!.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat!. Add chicken and garlic; stir-fry 3 min!. or until chicken is no longer pink!. Add peppers, onions, broth and peanut butter; stir-fry an additional 3 to 4 min!. or until chicken is cooked through!.

DRAIN spaghetti; return to pan!. Add chicken mixture and soy sauce; mix well!. Spoon onto serving platter; sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

1-2 lbs chicken breasts cut in strips
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
1 can chunk pineapple
1 c!. orange juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 c!. brown sugar
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 small bag snow peas
1 tsp ginger
rice or ginger noodles

Saute chicken and peppers until tender!. Add peas and simmer!. In a separate pan, blend together soy sauce, orange juice, ginger and brown sugar!. Heat until sauce comes to a boil!. Add cornstarch mixed with a little water!. Blend until thickened!. Add sauce to chicken mixture!. Serve over rice or noodles!.

sounds like you have your own idea!. Cut up veggies to make a stir fry using olive oil and teriyaki sauce!. cook the chix strips in olive oil and teriyaki sauce too!. cook up your fav noodles mix them together, have garlic bread on the side and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
