Answers:
put lemon and herbs!.!.!.such as parsley or basil in the belly cavity, put salt on to taste, wrap in a foil parcel with a little water or white wine and pop in the oven for about 20 mins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Open the fillet!. Mix a bit of chilli, lemongrass and salt and pepper in with softened butter and fill the fillet with the butter!. Cook by either steaming or in tin foil in the oven for around 20-25 minutes!. Gives very nice thai flavours in a nicely cooked piece of fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I find the simplest thing to do is to bake them in the oven!. This way you dont stink the house out! Put them in an ovenproof dish with a knob of butter!. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and season well with black pepper and some sea salt!. Cover with foil and cook at 160 degrees for about 20 mins or so!. Serve with baby boiled potatoes and fave veg!. I like some stir fried asparagus, baby corn and mangetout with mine, but frozen peas do just as well!. Enjoy !Www@FoodAQ@Com
Make a pouch out of tin foil and pop the fillets in flat, add a knob of butter and some fresh herbs or a couple of slices of lemon!.
Alternatively try garlic, ginger and soy sauce in the foil instead!.
Bake in the oven for about 10-15 mins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try microwaving the trout fillets!. Place in microwaveable dish, squeeze on some fresh orange and grate some rind, sprinkle with dill and micro for around 2 - 3 mins on medium (you'll know when they are done)!. They taste great and go with anything!.
