Question: How do i make a tender beef stew with these ingredents!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
no slow cooker jus oven and stove top i need the meat to be tender and the stew to be tasty!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

baby carrots
celery
onion
green peper
stew meat super trim
jamaican browning sauce
beef bouillon cubes
complete seasoning
flour

no potatoes because making mashed potatoes
and nothing that takes forever to cook but tatsy and tender

YOU CAN START BY TENDERIZING THE MEAT BY BROWNING IT VERY QUICKLY OVER HIGH HEAT THEN BARELY COVERING IT WITH WATER THAT HAS HAD 2-3 BOUILLON CUBES MELTED INTO IT!. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND COOK UN TILL WATER IS ALMOST GONE, IT WILL START TO THICKEN, THIS PROCESS CAN BE REPEATED AGAIN IF NEEDED!.( THIS PROCESS OF COVERING IT WITH WATER AND REDUCING IT IS HOW MY FAMILY HAS MADE "SMOTHERED PORK" FOR YEARS) SAUTE THE VEGGIES IN ANOTHER SKILLET AND ADD TO THE MEAT ONCE THE "SMOTHERING" IS DONE!. SEASON TO TASTE!. ADD WATER OR STOCK TO GET THE CONSISTENCY THAT YOU WANTWww@FoodAQ@Com

Coat the cubes of beef with flour and brown completely in either bacon fat (the most flavorful) or corn oil (you can use a very light olive oil)!. Season with salt and pepper and cover with a tight-fitting lid!. Place in 325F oven and roast for 30 minutes!.
Cut onions into quarters, bell pepper into1" wide strips, and celery into 2" lengths!. Don't cut the carrots at all!.
Add cut-up veggies and continue roasting for another 30 minutes!.
The moisture from the meat and the veggies will form the stew's gravy, since the gravy thickener is the flour you used to coat the meat!.
I've never used boullion or Jamaican sauce because it isn't needed!. Adding liquid will make the meat rubbery!.

season and flour stew meat then brown in hot oil in the pan you will be cooking stew in (i prefer a dutch oven)
get a good sear on the meat, then add onion, celery and carrots, green pepper, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano!. stir fry til onion sweats out, then cover with water and add half a cup of red wine, heat to boiling, then reduce heat to simmer, cook one hour with lid on but cracked!. I like to throw in some english peas at the end!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cut up the beef smaller size and start boiling it now!.!.!. then simmer for 30min before you add the rest of the ingredients!.!.!.otherwise the beef will be rubbery

pretty much after that just add everything you have listed in the stew except for the browning sauce!.!.!.do that on the side and then add slowly to the stew once its off the burner!.
