Quick Chicken Stir-Fry

1 (7-ounce) package mung bean (cellophane) noodles
1/4 cup canned low-sodium chicken broth or chicken stock
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry sherry, optional
2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
3 tablespoons sliced on the bias green onions, plus more for garnish
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons minced gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
1 (14-ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli florets, julienne red peppers, sugar snap peas and water chestnuts), about 3 cups, thawed

While assembling the other ingredients, soak the noodles in hot water to soften, 10 to 15 minutes!. Drain and set aside!.
To make the sauce, in a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth with the cornstarch!. Add the soy, hoisin, sugar, and sherry, if using, whisk, and set aside!.

Heat a wok over high heat!. Add the oil and when hot and nearly smoking, add the green onions, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring, for 10 to 15 seconds!. Add the chicken and stir-fry until turning opaque and nearly cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes!. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute!. Add the sauce, stir and toss, cooking until the chicken is all the way cooked through and the sauce is thick, about 2 minutes!. Remove the chicken and vegetables from the pan!. Add the noodles, toss, and cook to warm through, 30 seconds to 1 minute!.

Transfer the stir-fry to a platter and garnish with additional green onions!. Arrange the noodles on the side and serve immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound chicken strips
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables -- thawed
3/4 cup teriyaki stir-fry sauce
1 1/3 cup French's!. French-Fried Onions
Hot cooked rice -- if desired

Directions:

In skillet, stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes in 1 tablespoon hot oil until browned!. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes!. Add sauce; cook and stir until hot!. Top with French's!. French-Fried Onions!. Serve with rice, if desired!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

*Boneless chicken (cut into strips before or after its cooked)
*Salt, pepper, adobo, worchestire sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, recaito, olive oil on chicken!.
*Olive Oil in frying pan/grill skillet and some Chopped garlic, which by the way dont burn garlic!
*chop into strips: Onions, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper in pan after chicken is cooked!. Or buy some garden frozen vegatables in supermarket, wait till its thawed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try frying some broccoli cuts, onions, green pepper in a teriyaki stirfry sauce!. Add soy sauce, a little garlic powder and some cajun spice (just a pinch)!. In a separate pan fry a few eggs (well done) and then chop and add to vegatable mixture!. In a pot, boil some water and add Ramen noodles; boil until noodles are soft!. Add to vegetable mixture!. In the same frying pan you cooked the vegetables in fry up some chicken, don't wash the pan first!. The seasonings left over flavor the chicken perfectly!

It's simple!.

Only add the vegetables you like!.

Marinade some chicken strips for around 30 minutes in hoy sin sauce or soy sauce!. (If you havent got these then just don't marinade!.)

Fry until cooked, add the strips of vegetables, (if your using root veg such a carrot finely slice, or blanche - boil for a few seconds - first!.)

And voila!

Simple & Easy!.

Some veg you could use -

Carrot!.
Broccoli
different peppers,
sliced chilli if you like it hot!.
