Creamy Cole Slaw

1 head green cabbage, finely shredded
2 large carrots, finely shredded
3/4 cup best-quality mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons grated Spanish onion
2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons celery salt
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl!. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, celery salt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, and then add to the cabbage mixture!. Mix well to combine and taste for seasoning; add more salt, pepper, or sugar if desired!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

shred cabbage (green & red) and carrots and then add either apple cider vinegar or regular vinegar (1/3 c!.) and then sugar (3 tbsp), milk (1/4 c!.), and lastly mayo (1/2 c!.), also, a little dash of salt & pepper!. There as many ways to make cole slaw as there are stars!. Here's a basic all American version!.

Shred a crispy fresh medium sized head of cabbage!. salt well place in a bowl for 1 hour, press out excess water, rise twice and dry very thoughly!. Shred 4 carrots and mix with cabbage!. Mix in 1 teaspoon of dry celery seeds!.

In a mixing cup mix the following together:
1 1/2 cups of mayonaise
2 teaspoons of dijon or french's yellow mustard
1 teaspoon of white or cider vinegar
1/4 lemon squeezed
dash of white or black pepper to taste

Stir mixture well well, spoon over cabbage and carrots and incorpoate throughly, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

this is how my mom makes it!

1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 medium head cabbage, finely shredded or chopped (4 cups)
1 small carrot, shredded (1/2 cup)
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)


1!. Mix all ingredients except cabbage, carrot and onion in large glass or plastic bowl!. Add remaining ingredients; toss until evenly coated!.
2!. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors!. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is a coleslaw recipe I use but its not like normal coleslaw!.!.!.it has a vinegarette dressing and its REALLY GOOD!. A big hit in the summer at barbeques!.

1 package of Chicken Ramen Noodles (crushed up)
1 16 oz package of bagged coleslaw mix
1 package of sliced Almonds
? cup of salted sunflower seeds
4-6 chopped green onions

Mix in a large bowl


DRESSING:

? Cup Vegetable Oil
1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 packet of chicken ramen noodle seasoning

Pour all ingredients together, shake well

I make mine with cabbage I get the already shredded kind in the bag and put Newman's own poppy seed dressing on!. Or cabbage mayo and sugar but you must let it set overnight or in won't taste right!. A bowl
saran wrap or aluminum foil
cabbage (the one already chopped in a bag in the supermarket is best, and its good to go)
low fat mayo
milk
sugar
cider vinegar or regular distilled vinegar
celery seed

buy the greens already on packets, they're pre washed all ready to go!.

2!.a tablespoon of sugar
3!. white vinegar (1 1/2 tablespoon or just 1)

Carrot
Onion!.

Finely shred or blitz up, add mayonaise!.
