Answers:
Hi, these are the easiest quickest things to make and it very filling,

I dont add milk to mine as thats normally if you are making scrambled egg, so heres how you make an omellette,

Have a little oil in the frying pan but not too much, as you dont need loads for an omellette!.

How thick you want your omellette depends on how many eggs you use, I only use one as they get sickly but you can use however many you like, it cooks that same all you do is

Break eggs in to cup or beaker, and then mix it all up till its all blended well,

Heat oil in a frying pan make sure its not on high heat as your egg will burn before its even cooked!.

Pour the egg into the pan, and wait for one side to cook, using a spatula to keep checking that its not sticking, and then once it seems pretty dried underneath and cooked, turn over and repeat on the over side, and then its ready takes bout 2 mins!.

The first time I made one it fell to pieces lol but still taste like an omellette it takes practise but you will do it eventually!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't need the milk! Break two eggs into a bowl and whisk, add a little salt and pepper if you like!. Heat a little bit of butter in a frying pan but don't have the heat too high or you'll burn the butter and you won't be able to cook with it - tastes vile!!! Once the butter is hot enough, you'll know because it'll start bubbling, add the whisked egg and continue to stir it around with a fork - tip the raw egg into the spaces you're creating with the fork so it all cooks evenly!. Once the egg has started to set you can leave it to cook for around a minute and a half, turn it over, leave for another minute, fold it whilst its still in the pan then just turn it out onto a warmed plate!. Enjoy your breakfast!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Making traditional omelletts can be very tricky, especially when you have never made one, so;
TRY THIS EASY ALTERNATIVE;
Zip Lock Omelllets;
Simply decide what you like for a filling!.
Mushrooms, cheese/onion, tomato, chopped ham, whatever!.!.!.
Now place the filling in to a zip lock or Jiffy plastic sandwhich bag!.
Beat 2 eggs and add a little bit of milk!. Beat well!.
Put the beaten egg in the plastic bag and shake a little just enough to mix everything up!.
Now slowly lower the plastic bag in to a pot of water which is boiling on the stove and place the lid on in such a way that the lid prevents the whole plastic bag from falling in, yet the egg must be submerged in the water!.
Leave for three or four minutes and check to see if the egg has cooked through!.
When the egg has solidified, you omellette is done!.
Now simply remove from boiling water and roll out of bag on to the serving plate!.
Is a good idea to make the toast while the omellette is cooking in the water!.

How To Make an Omelette English style:
You will Need:
2eggs (3 If You Are very Hungry or just plain greedy)
A non-stick frying pan or omelette pan if one is available (not essential)
a little vegetable or olive oil
A choice of filling (if you do not want a plain omelette) e!.g some cooked mushrooms, Finely sliced ham, or peeled prawns, grated cheese, cooked chopped tomatoes
Salt & Pepper

What You Do Is:
Have your choice of filling prepared in advance and ready on a plate beside your cooking area!.

# Put the pan on to heat with a little of the oil in it (not too much, about 2 tbspns max)
# Break the eggs into a dish and whisk them with a fork untill well mixed add a little salt and pepper!.
# When the oil has blue huey smoke rising from it pour in the whisked egg, have a fork or flat wooden spatular ready, and as the egg mix starts to bubble keep bringing the cooked parts gently into the centre!. This gradually allows the omellete to set into a pancake style consistency!.
# Carefully tap the pan so that the cooked omelette moves and slightly overlaps the pan edge!.
# Gently fold this overlap in toward the centre it should only go one third distance!.
# Now arrange your chosen filling in the centre of the omelette and fold the other edge in towards the middle!. If you have done this properly, when you turn it out onto a plate the omelette should resemble the shape of a "Havana" cigar!.

You can serve it with a salad garnish or as a meal with chips or Jacket potato and peas!. Chop some parsley and sprinkle it over to finish the job!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 eggs, oil, fillings (ham, cheese, etc!.), and a NONSTICK pan!.

beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork!. pour oil into the skillet and allow it to heat a few minutes on medium heat!. Pour the eggs in!. Allow them to cook a minute or so, then take a spatula and gently pull the edges of the omelette toward the middle of the skillet, this will cause the omellet to look wrinkled up in the middle!. Then allow the uncooked egg to run off the top of the omellet and back into the area where you pulled the edges away from the side of the skillet!. this will allow the entire omellett to cook quickly without getting too done!. Next when the egg is pretty dry, add toppings to one side a cook a minute more or until cheese has started to melt some!. Fold the other side of the omellett over and then slide it out of the pan and onto your plate!. YUMMY!. I like cheese, tomatoes (diced) and ham in mine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Heat the oven to high!.I don't use milk!.!.!.just 3 eggs S&P!.!.!.a handful of herbs!.!.!.or half a teaspoon of dry!.!.!.!.whisk it all up!.!.!.!.!.have an oven proof frying pan ready (I've got one with a detachable handle!.!.!.if you have one with a metal handle!.!.!.it's fine) with a little butter and a little olive oil!.!.!.!.heat until it starts to go a little frothy !.!.!.!.!.pour in your egg mixture!.!.!.!.don't move it until you see the sides start to cook (and slightly lift from the sides of the pan)!.!.!.!.roll the pan around!.!.!.allowing the uncooked egg to fill in the gaps and reach the heat!.!.!.!.then I put the pan into the oven for 2-3 minutes!.!.!.this cooks the top and you get a lovely fluffy omellette!.!.!.!.serve immediately!.

If you dont want to use the oven method!.!.!.when you're sure the loose egg has been incorporated(not sooo liquid anymore)!.!.!.take a plate that fits the pan place it face down onto the pan and in one movement!.!.!.flip it onto the plate !.!.!.then slide it off the plate back into the pan!.!.!.!.return to the heat!.!.!.until the other side is cooked 1-2 minutes!.!.!.!.!.!.enjoy!!

You can add!.!.!.cheese,tomatoe,bacon,ham!.!.anything!.!.!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients

* 2 -3 eggs
* 1 tbsp of milk
* salt and pepper
* knob of butter for frying

Method

1!. Break the eggs into a bowl, and add the milk, salt and pepper!.
2!. Beat the eggs gently with a fork, just until they combine together!. Do not over beat them or whisk them to a froth!.
3!. Place the frying pan on the stove and warm the pan over a moderate heat before adding the butter!.
4!. Add the butter and turn the heat up a fraction!. As the butter is melting, tilt the pan so that the bottom and sides are both coated!.
5!. Once the butter begins to foam, carefully add the eggs to the centre of the pan, tilting the pan so that the eggs spread out evenly over the bottom!.
6!. Cook over a moderate heat!. As the eggs begin to set, very carefully lift the edges of the omelette upwards with a spatula, ensuring that the omelette does not stick and also allowing the uncooked eggs to run underneath!. Rotate the pan as you do so, making sure that all sides have been moved!.
7!. Cook until the eggs have set on the bottom but the top is still a little moist!. The underside should be a golden brown in colour!. At this stage, lift up the edge of one side of the omelette and fold this half so that is covers the other half and sits neatly on top!. Do not break the omelette in half!.
8!. Loosen the omelette away from the pan and tip out onto a warmed plate!. Serve immediately!.

no milk in an omelette!!

I just beat the eggs and fry

You're meant to beat the eggs then fry gently until cooked all the way through, then add whatever you want to fill it with and fold it in half - than cover the frying pan (or whatever) and let it cook for a few mintues!.

I just eat the eggs though with salt and pepper!. Sometimes in a sandwich!.
