Question: What is a good side dish for chicken marsala!?
Answers:
Not sure why people seem to think that chicken marsala is Indian!. That's chicken massala!.

Are you serving it over pasta!? If not, oven roasted potatoes (with olive oil and rosemary) are great!. For veggies, steam some broccoli florets until crisp, tender, then toss in a pan with sauted garlic, olive oil and crushed red pepper!. Sprinkle parmeson over when serving!.

If you don't like broccoli, then sauted spinach or grilled/broiled asparagas would also work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marsala is very rich and dense, so you need something that can compete!. Garlic mashed potatoes would do the trick, and can even take the place of pasta!. You can add some sour cream or gorgonzola, but make sure you don't overwhelm the main course!.

And I would go with a pinot, rather than a white!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
