There!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

measure it and divide it into the number of equal parts, and cut it with the special beef knife (it is electrical), trust me, it's worth it using it!. But if you don't have one, use any other knife! You can cut the beef horizontally (going up and down)!. Start every time from the tip and the cut it your way down!. I recommend to measure it first, because if you cut it wrong, the is no way of turning back!
GOOD LUCK!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know how big your beef is but you might try using an egg crate to measure slices (if it's the right size) if not just eyeball it - aside from using a measuring tape I don't know how you'd end up with equal parts!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In half lengthwise, then in three crosswise!. If it's a thick piece, he can cut the thickness in half then just across in three!. I do that with the very thick London broil steaks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Partially freeze it (just a bit, it is much easier to cut this way) and cut it on the grain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if i was your bro i would not cut it and eat it myself nobody touches my meat it to damn good to share lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

cut it in half longways and in thirds the other wayWww@FoodAQ@Com
