I like to make a parmesean crusted chicken!.!.!. I used chicken breast pounded out flat!.!. and for my 5 year old, I cut his breast into strips - so they come out like chicken fingers and he can dip in whatever sauce he wants (usually a weird mixture of ketchup and ranch! eww!)

For the recipe:

Combine - 1 cup Fine italian seasoned bread crumbs and 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese in a medium bowl!.

in another bowl scramble one egg!.!.!.

in another bowl put a bit of white flour with salt and pepper!.!.!.

Put the pounded chicken breast in the white flower - shake it off and then put in in the egg, then remove and place in the bread crumb mixture,!.!. coat the entire breast in bread crumbs

fry in a pan with veggie or olive oil until done (about 4-5 minute per side depending on how thin you pounded it)!.!.!.

Or for a healthier option put them in the oven to cook at 375!.

It's great served with rice - or cut it up and put it in a spinach or ceasear salad!.!.!. or even just top with some spaghetti sauce or marinara and top witha bit more of parmesean!.!. my husband has even served it with mashed potatoes and white pepper gravy,Www@FoodAQ@Com
