Answers:
Heat oven to 350 F!.

I use boneless skinless chicken thighs or breast!. Pound them out to about a 1/4 inch thick!. Dip in egg beater, or eggs!. Dredge in a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese!. Heat a skillet over medium high heat, put about three turns of olive oil in the skillet!. Fry the chicken until brown, turn, brown the other side!. Place chicken in a glass baking dish, cover with your favorite marinara sauce, and bake about 30 minutes!. Serve with angel hair pasta!.

It's delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I make chicken parm, I take a lot of liberties and it always turns out fine!. I don't like mine to be really heavy or oily, so I usually just rinse the chicken breasts, coat them in italian bread crumbs, and fry in a little bit of olive oil (just a thin coating on the bottom of the skillet--no more)!. If you keep the heat medium low and put a lid on the skillet, you'll cook the breasts all the way through without burning the breadcrumbs!. I usually cook about 8 minutes and then flip and cook 8 more minutes!. If the breasts are large, you'll have to add a few more minutes to the cook time, obviously!. Then I just put some sauce on top and some cheese on top of the sauce!. It's easy, and it's healthier than some versions out there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i buy chix breast, bread them and fry them in butter, then i put in a baking dish!. i then spread pasta sauce over the top!. i then use 2 kinds of cheese!. i use provolone and Parmesan cheese!. the real Parmesan cheese not the sprinkle kind!. its very good and easy!. for the breading i use bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper and flour!. i dip the chix in egg batter, then in crumbs fry until close to being done!. then bake for 40 mins uncovered!. it wont dry out cuz of the sauce covering it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'll try to remember to get you this tonight!. I am at work but I have the recipe that rules the planet, lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
