Answers:
Although my fat cells love your menu, the truth is that your diet is top heavy with carbs and fat and protein is low on the totem pole!. Time to rethink a bit and revamp!. Here are some ideas that will help you get into that bikini in no time:

Breakfast:

Orange juice
1 slice whole grain toast, 1 tsp light butter, 1 tsp Simply Fruit
2 eggs, cooked in a non-stick pan, or boiled, or,
1 cup oatmeal with 4 oz low fat milk, cinnamon and honey or,
1 whole grain tortilla filled with 2 oz lean turkey, light cheese or,
1 small whole grain bagel, toasted, smeared with light cream cheese and topped with lox!.

Lunch:

Vege stix with fat free Ranch Dressing (carrots, celery, cauliflower, brocoli, mushrooms, grape tomatos)
2 oz lean turkey on whole grain bread with romaine lettuce, 1 slice 2% cheese, 1 T light mayonaise and 1 tsp dijon mustard!.
1 container fat free yogurt or sugar free pudding
Pelligrino sparkling mineral water

Snack:

1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup baby carrots
2 T peanut butter or 1 slice cheese or 2 oz protein

Dinner:

Chopped salad with fresh pear slices, feta cheese, and almonds, with light french dressing
1 boneless, skinless, chicken breast seasoned with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, lemon juice and soy sauce, or,
1 4oz lean steak or
1 1/2 cups lentils and brown rice with cheese
1 small red baked potato with light butter

Dessert/Night Snack:

1 Fuji apple sprinkled with cinnamon
1 cup fat free yogurt

Drink 8 8oz glasses of water and exercise daily and you'll be in great shape in no time!.

Remember: balance your carbs with protein, fruit, and fiber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Instead of pudding - get the light fruit yogurt!. Cherry, strawberry, orange, lime are all great!. Drop the noodles and have a green salad with lots of different stuff!. Carrots, celery, mushrooms, spinach leaves!. Bust up a head of lettuce on Sunday and cut up/mix in all the other stuff!. Take a baggie of it to school and a tiny cup of non-fat dressing!. The potato with only a little butter (or get the zero-calorie spray butter!) is good, too!. You need more fruit and vegetables!. Try the salad and add an apple, orange, grapes, banana or some kiwi!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the only problem with this is that it's all carbohydrates!. Your body needs protein!. Why not try fish (not breaded!) or boneless skinless chicken breasts are both good sources of protein and not as high in fat content as beef or pork, though there are good cuts of beef and pork that are lower in fat as well!. If your body thinks you're starving-even if you're not- it will lower your metabolism!. You don't want that if you're wanting to lose weight!. You might want to cut down on your salt intake as well!. also, the first little while you may find yourself gaining weight, don't get discouraged, it's normal for that to happen!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like a carb overload and for sure a sodium overload with the ramen noodles!.

You should eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day with plenty of water to keep up your metabolism!.

Lean meats, low sodium, low fat and low salt are going to be the best way to go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need more protein and less starch!. Add some meat to your diet and cut down on the noodles or potatoes!. Regular pasta is healthier than ramen noodles, and, ironically, baked potatoes are actually better for you if you drown them in butter or sour cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

add some lean meat or fish (if you're not a vegetarian) - you'll feel fuller and better for it! And protein will help you growWww@FoodAQ@Com

WHERES THE BEEFWww@FoodAQ@Com

sound rather healthy !!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you dont have any protein in your meal but the rest is good!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well for loosing weight I would suggest that this is the wrong way to do it!

1!. Breakfast needs to be better to help you get through the day!. At least add a banana or apple!. My breakfast for dieting is a bowl of high fibre cereal with low fat milk and a glass of juice!. If I have time I will replace this with a boiled egg and one slice of toast with a piece of fruit!.

2!. Chips are a no-no for losing weight - and so is powerade!. Both are extremely high in carbohydrates!.

3!. Potatos are ok - but remember that it is a carbohydrate and you are getting a LOT of carbohydrated with the chips, powerade, pudding, bread, noodles - and even oranges!.

4!. Ranch dressing is not the best dressing to use - I believe it is fairly fatty!. You can use it in moderation, however I would suggest a low fat french or italian dressing for the salad!.

Just remember that when loosing weight you want to keep it off - MODERATION IS THE KEY! You need to cut back on carbohydrates and add more protein!. If you are vegetarian add more eggs and mushrooms to the mix!. Oh - and if you like celerey - that is a great thing to eat for loosing weight! (There are some nice vegetable soups with a lot of celery and carrot and other good stuff that are great for filling you up but not putting on weight too!)Www@FoodAQ@Com
