We like to take some small golden potatoes cut each one up in fours, but them in a pan coat with olive oil, salt pepper, garlic, mix all together well and let them cook in the oven til they are tender, they are so good, they actually have really good flavor and you dont have to peel them b/c the golden potatoes skins are very very thin and when they cook its like they arent even on there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
you could put a whole potato in the oven with the skins still on for about an hour or so!.
Or you could put a small amount of cooking oil in a baking tray then heat it up in an oven, then boil some cut potatoes then put them in the cooking oil in the oven until they are nice and crispy!.
ps: if you have heard of yorkshire pudding, try thatWww@FoodAQ@Com

Cheesy scalloped potatoes would be good!.
Slice potatoes!. Slice onions!. Layer them in a baking dish & cover with a white sauce!. Top with grated cheese (I like cheddar) Bake at 425 for about 45 minutes!. Poke with a fork to make sure potatoes are done (soft)!.
White sauce:
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan (medium heat)!. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix with the butter!. Stir in two cups of milk!. Continue over medium heat until sauce thickens!. Add salt & pepper and a pinch of nutmeg (and garlic if you like)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could make twice baked potatoes!. You bake them, scoop the potato out of the shell, mash them with butter and milk and add things like cooked brocoli and cheese, or bacon and cheese then let them slightly brown in the oven just before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Quarter up some Yukons (if you can get them in your area), sprinke them with some taco seasoning, and make them in a fashion similar to steak fries!. Feel free to use other spices to your liking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
