What are some recipies using firm tofu?!

Here's one stir fry bean sprouts with tofu!.
Ingredients:
1 small tomato chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 cup of bean sprouts
1 oz!. chopped chicken breast(optional)
1 package of firm tofu sliced into small squares
1 tbsp of veg!. oil
salt and pepper to seasoned
stir fry the onion, tomato, chicken and tofu once the chicken is cook add the bean sprouts, seasoned it with salt and pepper, cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes and that's it ready to serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tofu Stir -fry
Ingredients
24 ounces firm tofu
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, thinly sliced
6 medium mushroom, sliced
1 small carrot, julienned
2 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon sake or white wine
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in 3 Tbsp!. water
Directions
Cut tofu crosswise into pieces the shape of French-fried potatoes!.
Heat a wok, coat with oil and sprinkle on the salt!. Add onion, then the mushrooms, stir-frying each over high heat for about 30 seconds!.
Reduce heat to medium-low!.
Add carrot, green pepper and tofu in that order, sauteing each for about 1 minute!. Reduce heat to low and add sake, soy sauce, ginger,sugar and water!.
Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes!.
Stir in dissolved cornstarch and simmer 30 seconds more!.
Tofu lasagna:
Ingredients
1 lb!. firm tofu, drained & mashed
1 lb!. spinach lasagna noodles
1/4 c!. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp!. onion powder
1 tsp!. garlic powder
1 tbsp!. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp!. basil
1/2 tsp!. sea salt
1 qt!. Tomato sauce
8 oz!. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Chili peppers to taste
Preparation;
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
Boil lasagna noodles for 5 minutes!.
Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and 1 tablespoon oil to boiling water!.
Drain noodles and rinse thoroughly with cold water!.
Drain and mash tofu, if needed, the firm tofu that I use does not need much draining!.
Combine tofu with Parmesan cheese, onion, powder, garlic powder, parsley, basil and salt!. Blend well!.
Oil the bottom and sides of a 9"x13" pan!.
Arrange a layer of lasagna noodles!.
Spread enough tofu mixture to cover noodle layer, then cover with sauce!.
Repeat this layering until all ingredients are used!.
Top with grated Mozzarella cheese!. Bake for 30 minutes!.
Remove from the oven, and enjoy
