Deep fry it!. I don't think I ever hated anything that came out of a deep fryer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best way I do it! Is to take the Halibut, put it on a cooking sheet [foil on the bottom helps with the clean up]!. (This is the most bottom area of the stove!.!.!. The lower section with the small door the one directly under the FLAME!) Then take fresh ground pepper and a pinch of sea salt!. Then set the oven on broil! As you watch at that wonderful filet brown!. From time to time check it!. Cook it to your liking!.!.!. The fishes natural oils will allow it to cook great! This is the key strategy in cooking lemon pepper Halibut! Oooh, don't forget to add the lemon as its cooking as a base and after it is done! Such a treat! Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fresh halibut is wonderful!. It is great baked in tinfoil!. Sprinkle some lemon zest and mayonnaise on it and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until fish is firm!. Wrap tinfoil and seal well!. Mayo actually already has butter and excellent moisture and taste terific and fresh!. You can hen add fresh Dill or any other herb!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
