my favorite simple yet elegant meal is tortellini and spinach soup!.

chicken broth
tortellini
fresh spinach, washed and torn
ham, cubed
parmasan

no measurements needed, really!. boil the tortellini in chicken broth as you normally would water!. while that is cooking, line the bowls with torn spinach and a handful of ham!. i prefer a lot of spinach in mine!. ladle the boiling broth and tortellini over the spinach and ham and sprinkle with parmasan!.

so delicious!. the broth is just enough to wilt the spinach and warm the ham!. it is so easy, taking no more than 10 minutes, but the colors are beautiful and it is really good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
