Parmesan Cheese
Bell Peppers
Garlic
Salt

I'm only in high school, but sometimes i cook dinner by myself when my parents are busy!. All of my healthy recipes come from my mum's recipe book that uses 4 ingredients or less (if u're wondering what the bk is called - "4 ingredients: over 340 quick, easy and delicious recipes using 4 or less ingredients" By: Kim McCosker & Rachael Bermingham)!.

im a big pasta fan, i really like making pesto for dinner and since pasta can help burn fat, its great!
Pesto Pasta(easy peezy!)
one jar of pesto sauce
one garlic(chopped)
*on a heated pan, drizzle some olive oil or cooking oil!. saute the garlic!. add pesto sauce when garlic is gloden brown!. remove pesto there when heated!.(5-10minutes)

*could be eaten with boiled potatoes and carrots and a tossed salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
