You could make a tuna casserole!. Mix cooked pasta, drained can of tuna, mushroom soup, and cooked veggies in a casserole dish!. Season with salt and pepper or whatever else you may have (minced onions, parsley flakes, and lawry's seasoned salt work well for quick flavoring!.) You can either cook it in the oven til the top is kinda crispy, or just throw it in the microwave for 10 to 15 minutes!. It's easy and quick!.

also, you could try a chicken alfredo if you have milk and parmesan cheese on hand!. You can slice (or tear if you want to) up the chicken into small pieces or strips, and cook it on the stove!. Then add one can of the mushroom soup, half a cup of milk, and half a cup of parmesan cheese!. Add about 1/4 tsp of pepper, if you like!. Then add the cooked pasta to the mix and stir!. Add any veggies that might go with it, or just eat them on the side!. also, quick and easy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Way easy!. I do this when I don't want to cook!.
Put the chicken, breast side up in an oven proof baking dish!. Place 2 slices of bacon (if you have it) on top of the breast, cover the breast as best as you can with the bacon!. I usually cut the bacon in half so I've got 4 small strips!. Bake the chicken at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on the size of the bird!. I use a temperature gauge to tell if it is done!. The bacon works well because it keeps the chicken moist and flavorful, otherwise you may want to cover the bird with foil like a tent if you don't have a lid!. Again, this will keep your bird from drying out!.
The mushroom soup will help make a good gravy base to put on the pasta!. (look on line for this gravy recipe)!. Otherwise you can make it from the chicken drippings!.
Then of course the veggies on the side!.
As for your salad there are tons of creative salad ideas using canned or fresh fruit (on line) even if you don't have fresh greens!. We like cranberry sauce with this meal coz it seems like Thanksgiving!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
