Answers:
My fav!. is to season and bake in an aluminum foil pouch!. I crimp the ends shut to not let out any moisture!. If you let it thaw first then jab it with a fork a few times, the meat will be better seasoned throughout!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could brine them before you cook them:

To make the brine you'll need one gallon of cold water per bird!. To each gallon add three-quarters cup of salt, one-quarter cup of sugar (white or brown!.!.!.your choice), two tablespons of paprika, and one tablespoon of ground black pepper!. Be sure that the salt and sugar is dissolved completely before mixing in the paprika and pepper!.

The chicken needs to be thawed and you need to do the brine at least two hours in advice and let the chicken soak!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should always defrost the chicken before you try to cook it, that is probably why you are having trouble!. I have a quick tip to defrost chicken!.!.!.!.Fill your sink with warm to hot water and place the chicken in a ziploc bag to float in the water!. It will take about 30 minutes or so to defrost as opposed to a few hours!. Once it is defrosted, season it before you put it on the grill to prevent the burning!. Maek sure to grease the grill with a cooking spray or a little bit of oil!. Keep an eye on it, and cut into it if you like, when you think it is done, to be sure that it is properly cooked! Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

To me, the foreman grill sucks!. You should try thawing the chicken in the refridge over night!. you could also marinate it in a different things to try to juice it up!. like buttermilk if your going to fry/oven fry it!.!.!.!.!.or you could inject it with flavored butter/chickenstock!.!.!.!.with a flavor injector!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When the meat is thawed marinate it in lemon juice and olive oil for at least an hour before you grill it!. If I use chicken fillets I leave them in the marinade in the fridge all day in a sealed food bag with a cut garlic clove and some fresh rosemary!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always use the frozen breast for stuff that I am going to simmer a long period of time, like my chicken spaghetti!.
