Forgot eggs for my cake?!
So im baking a chocolate cake from the box and forgot the eggs what can i use in substitute and how much of it!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

All the mayo cake recipes I could find use 1/2 to 1 cup of mayo added to the cake mix!. You could probably even drop the oil or do half mayo and half oil, along with the recommended amount of water!. If you want you could soy flour or ground flax seed as an egg substitute- 1 tablespoon of flax or soy+ 2 tablespoons of water equal one egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
