If they are whole breast sections you can bake or fry them whatever you best!. If it is a sliced turkey brest, just reheat as it is already cooked!. Along side you can do potatoes, dressing, gravy, broccoli, green beans or a vegetable you like!. A tossed salad is always good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I season mine with butter seasoned salt, pepper, garlic!. If you have soy or worchestire suace i'd use some of that also!. about a cup of water onthe bottom of the pan, butter on top and bottom of meat (keeps it moist)!. You can monitor the water while baking!.I add enought to just keep things moist or you can add alot and just cook it!. This works well in a bag also!.
I make augrautin potatoes, heavy cream cheese of choice, garlic, butter and pepper!.
Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had turkey last sunday, I had a small cut and threw it into a baking dish with big dices of sweet potato, red and yellow peppers, aubergine, tomatoes and carrots and baked it until the veg is caramelised!. Don't add the turkey to the dish until the veg is past the half way mark, turkey cooks quick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Marinade them oil vinegar, spices etc!.!.!.or vinaigrette if you have it get then all together and wrap them in one piece with aluminum foil and bake or deep fried !.Will be faster if you fried Oven 45min aprox temp 350 and fried 15 min aprox !.Always in a Good Taste Gourmet By CharlieWww@FoodAQ@Com
I would pound the turkey breasts, dip then in flour, and saute them, and serve then with a lemon caper butter sauce a la Veal Picatta!. You might want to marinate them for a few hours if you bake or grill them to tenderize the meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
