Cupcakes!! The ways you can decorate them is limited only by your imagination!. For any dessert, I think colors that will catch their attention will work!. You can use colored icing, sprinkles, or brightly colored fruit!.

I'm not sure that they do, but I can understand them needing more fiber, protein, and calcium!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1!.Kids love desserts!. Ice cream, chocolate!. I only once met a child who needed persuading to eat a dessert!.
My niece, who was 'a fussy eater'!. I asked her if she liked banana split!. She said yes!. She watched me prepare it and then said, 'I don't like dark chocolate!.' Silly me!. I'd made the chocolate sauce myself, instead of buying it ready-made in a squeezy bottle, as her mother did!.
2!. They don't! Feeding young children with fatty foods will a) get them used to it and b) store up problems in later life!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When my daughter has "picky eater" friends around for dinner, I always make a bowl of fruit salad with apples, oranges, kiwis, strawberries, red grapes etc all cut into chunks and slices and give them skewers so they can make their own fruit kebabs!. They love choosing what to put on and eat several of them!. Just make sure they don't poke each other in the eye with the skewers!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I don't think they do need more fat!.!.!.!. they just need protein for growth!. Careful with that as there are different types of fat and if you give them too much of the wrong stuff then they could become obese later in life!.
