How do you roast veggies?!


Question: How do you roast veggies!?
And how do I make a vegetable bake!?

My mom used to make these for me but shes out of town for a couple days!.!. My dads an ok cook but I want to try it myself!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you will find some yummy recipes!.

basically; cut up the veggies in chunks; place in a glass baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, some seasonings like rosemary and thyme

put the juice of a lemon in a cup, and fill with water to make 1 cup

pour over veggies and put in baking oven for about 45 minutes, then turn and stir and bake another 15-30 minutes!. pierce with a fork to see if they are tender!.

u can deep fry them or shallow fry them!.!.!.!.!.i like the shallow fry!.!.!.!.!.!.and everyones different how they do them!.!.!.!.!.peel and slice them(i leave the skin on the pumpkin it holds together better) i use
pumpkin
tomato
whole onions(baby)
mushrooms
cherry tomatos(add the cherry tomatos 5 mins before the others are done)
then in a frying pan with some oil cook them for 10-15 mins on medium heat tossing them until golden brown, then turn the heat down and cok until soft ( u could also put them in the ovenon a medium heat to finish the coking process after they brown)

or

u can put them straight into the oven in a bit more oil remembering to turn them often!.!.!.!.!.!.sometimes when i cook a roast i put the vegies in the same pan some they absorb some of the coulour and flavour from the meat

u can add any herbs u like to either method

Assorted vegetables of your choice, cut in 1-inch chunks
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Rosemary

Preparation:
