Question: Any easy Rhubarb recipes!?
I have some Rhubarb growing in my back yard and I really like it!. Do you know any EASY recipes for using Rhubarb!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a wonderful pie recipe
Rhubarb Pie
3 Cups of rhubarb (cut into pieces about 1/4 in thick)
1 1/2 Cups sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 Tbls!. flour
1Tbls!. corn starch
3 Tbls!. marg, soft or melted
1tsp!. salt
1Tbls!. vanilla

Mix all together in a large bowl, and pour into a pie crust,( I use store bought,Pillsbury brand, very good!.) Top with the other crust, make a few slices in the dough to let steam out!.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees

Add rhubarb to a fruit crumble!. Chop some rhubarb, apples, and pears!. Mix in some berries (fresh or frozen)!. Add some brown sugar and a bit of orange zest!. Pour the fruit mix into a casserole dish and put a few bits of cold butter on the top!. Then make the crumble topping by mixing some oats, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon!. Pour over the fruit mix and bake at 375 for about 35 minutes or till the fruit mix is bubbly, apples are tender, and the crumble topping is nicely browned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rhubarb Surprise

Take some rhubarb, place in a bowl, add some rhubarb!. Lightly season with some rhubarb and serve upon a bed of rhubarb!. Add rhubarb as a side dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
