Answers:
I don't eat much meat, so a lot of these can be modified with the addition of different meats!.

Yummy Wraps:
Mix diced cliantro and cream cheese together and spread onto tortilla!. Arrange mangoes and roated red peppers in a line on the tortila and roll up burrito style!. I like to use a little less mango and more peppers, but that's personal taste!.

Southwest Wraps:
These are good for using up stuff in the fridge!. I like black beans, corn and green chilies mixed together!. You spread some sour cream on a tortilla, spoon some of the veggies on, top with shredded cheese and salsa, roll up and enjoy!. I've also made them with left over fajita fixings, chicken, sliced steak, rice, refried beans, etc!.

Greek Pita:
Romaine lettuce, feta cheese, beets, black olives and greek dressing in a pita

Steamed Veggie Pita:
Combine broccoli and cauliflower florets with shredded carrots and stuff into a pita!. Sprinkle on some sunflower seeds and shredded cheddar cheese!. Microwave on high for about 30 seconds!. Top with Ranch dressing!.

Italian:
Use a baguette and top with fresh mozzarella (or marinated mzarella), roasted red peppers, fresh basil leaves and Roma tomatoes!. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, a little olive oil and a little balsamic vinagarette!.

Mideastern:
Fill pita bread or lavash with taboulleh, hummus and falafel!.

Grandma's Fave:
Use a croissant and top with Havarti cheese, sliced granny smith apples, lettuce and honey Dijon Ranch dressing!. This is also good with turkey or chicken!.

Smoked Turkey:
Use a thick sliced bread of your choice (I like sourdough)!. Top with smoked turkey, gouda cheese, cucumber, lettuce and Dijon mustard!.

Veggie Ruben:
Smoked Swiss, saurkraut, toasted on rye with garlic dressing on the side

Tuna orChicken Salad:
Shred leftover chicken (or use drained canned tuna) and combine with finely chopped celery and onion, a little mayo and salt and pepper!. Stuff into a pita with lettuce and tomato!.

Zucchini Parmesan:
Use frozen breaded zucchini and cook according to instructions!. Slice in half and put in a sub bun with warm marinara sauce and a few slices of provolone!. (Would also work with meatballs)

Delta Stacker from the Traffic Jam restaurant:
Use corn bread and top with smoked mozarella, roasted red peppers, sauteed greens and dill ranch dressing!.

Grilled Fluffer-Nutter:
Spread peaut butter on one side of a piece of bread (I like wheat or white for this)!. Spread the other side with butter!. Place butter side down in a frying pan!. Place a few mini marshmallows on the peanutbutter!. Take another piece of bread and butter one side!. Place butter side up on top of bread in pan!. Crimp the edges ofthe bread a little with a fork, being careful not to tear through the bread!. Fry on both sides till golden!. Be careful when you eat these as the marshmallows and peanut butter will melt!. These are messy, but sooo good!

Hope these help! I've always gotten good reviews for these when I have casual get-togethers!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually the best sandwich recipes are depending on the person who eats it (the sandwich)!. If you're making this sandwich to please a particular person, if possible, you put the possible sandwich condiments or filling or any meat that the person really loves!. If you're doing this for a party or for a group of people you know, prepare the sandwich which the majority would like!. But if you're doing this for a person/s you DON'T know, think of sandwich fillings which the majority likes (a popular filling perhaps or a recommendation from many friends)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nigel Slater does a pretty good steak sandwich:

Steak panini with mustard mayonnaise

A chunky steak sandwich perked up with a mustard mayonnaise!. I use smooth Dijon or, when I can find it, green peppercorn mustard!. Try your local deli or food hall!.

serves 2

olive oil
rump steak - 2 x 150g pieces, cut thin
small ciabatta or small french sticks - 2
green peppercorn Dijon mustard - 2-3 tsp
good quality mayonnaise - 2 tbs
rocket or watercress - a small bunch

Lightly oil and season the steak with salt and black pepper then cook on a hot grill or ridged grill pan!. It will only need a few minutes to colour on the outside!. Take it off while it's still pink in the middle and leave it to rest!.

Cut the bread in half lengthways and toast the cut halves on one side!. Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise!. Spread the bottom piece of toasted bread with the mustard mayonnaise then pile with trimmed watercress and rocket leaves!. Place the steak on top, pour over any juices that have collected on the plate then top with the second half of bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

while meat is cooking, heat pita bread under grill or on open flame to soften and make pliant!. split open and spread a layer of hummos on one round of bread!.

Spoon a column of mincemeat in a line a little off center on the pita round!. top meat up with sprinkling of sliced tomatoes, onions, cucumber, salad greens, chopped flat leaf parsely; all up to you!. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on if desired!.
