Question: What can I make with salmon!? I want to cook an amazing meal!!?
Tomorrow, I'm taking a whole salmon and cooking it wrapped in foil on the grill!. This tastes SO yummy!. I need some side dish ideas, I'd like to have 3 sides, or 2 sides and an appetizer, but no salad!.

Wild Mushroom Risotto

1 pkg dried porcini mushrooms 14 g
1 cup boiling water
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 tbsp soft margarine or butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Arborio rice
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Soak mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes!. Drain, reserving liquid!. Place broth and reserved liquid in a small saucepan and keep at a gentle simmer!. Chop mushrooms!.

In a non-stick skillet, melt margarine over medium heat!. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes!. Stir in rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes!. Pour in wine and cook, stirring, until the wine has evaporated!. Pour in half the broth and simmer, stirring, until the broth has been absorbed!. Pour in remaining broth and simmer, stirring, for 15–20 minutes until the rice is tender and the broth has been absorbed!. Stir in mushrooms and cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

We BBQ salmon at least once a week!. Try this super simple sauce, on the side: 1/2 c!. EACH Dijon mustard & sourcream, with 2-4 TB!. dried dillweed !.!.!.!.!.!. We also like to cut either red/green bell peppers and/or zucchini in half, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt & oregano and grill them too !.!.!.!.!.!. A TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD would be good (papaya, mango, bananas, oranges, pineapple, starfruit) !.!.!.!.

ARTICHOKE RICE SALAD
1 pkg!. chicken flavored rice (like Rice-a-Roni)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8 pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
2 (6 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts (cut up, drained**)
1/4 tsp!. curry powder
1/3 c!. mayonnaise
Make rice per package instructions!. Mix everything else in well!. Serve hot, cold or room temp
!.!.!.!.!.*** Use the drained liquid with some balsamic vignarette or Italian dressing and marinate halved, washed fresh mushrooms overnight!. Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer

I know you don't want a salad, but think about this one:

RASPBERRY SPINACH SALAD
1 bunch washed fresh spinach, torn up
1/2 thinly sliced red onion
handful of raspberries (or strawberries, sliced) - fresh
carmelized walnuts ***
bottled Raspberry Walnut Vignarette dressing
** Saute walnut pieces in sugar in dry frying pan, until sugar melts & coats the nuts !.!.!.!.Toss everything together & serve
!.!.!.!.!.Can also substitute drained mandarin oranges, and carmelized sliced almonds & Balsamic Vignarette dressing

You can always make the SPINACH DIP on the side of the Knorr vegetable soup mix as an appetizer!. Hollow out a sourdough round, and put the dip into there; cover and refrigerate at least several hours!. Serve with sliced baguettes!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cucumber Potato Salad

Ingredients-
5 pounds red potatoes
4 celery ribs, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons dill weed
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups mayonnaise
1 (16 ounce) bottle cucumber ranch salad dressing


Preparation-
Place potatoes in a large kettle; cover with water!. Bring to a boil!. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until tender!. Drain and cool!. Cut potatoes into small cubes!.
In a large serving bowl, combine the potatoes, celery, onions, dill and salt!. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and salad dressing until blended!. Pour over potato mixture and stir gently to coat!. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veggies are delish prepped on the grill!. Grilled asparagus, portobello mushrooms!. Cold pasta salad can be another side!. Appies - crab or shrimp stuffed mushrooms, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, bruschetta topped with tomatoes, Parmesan & fresh basil!.

To cook best salmon ,you need to lave the salmon ( in pcs )into WARM MILK WATER 20 min!. after is you choose!.!.!.if you do so,you find the meat after cook fees good!.!.!.!.because the milk-water take over some oil!. i lean this from Japan,and i do so!.!.!.!.!.is good !!Www@FoodAQ@Com

cook the salmon in a savory sauce and top with parsley,sauteed spinach and a slice of lemon!.

serve over orzo with herbs, and for a side serve greek salad and some fresh bagutte!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

some fresh sliced zucchini and yellow squash is yummy grilled!. Just spray lightly with a little cooking spray and a dash of Kosher salt (optional)!. place directly on the grates - no foil- for a few minutes each side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
