So I'm making break sticks and I'm not too smart with baking bread...?!

Question: So I'm making break sticks and I'm not too smart with baking bread!.!.!.!?
It says to add yeast!.
I bought dry yeast!.
On the yeast package it says to add warm water and stir and stuff to make bread!.

Do I have to do all of this when the recipe I'm using says "Add yeast" or should I just add it dry!?!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
you need to put the dry yeast in a warm liquid use one of the liquids you're going to need for the recipeWww@FoodAQ@Com

Don't add it dry!. It won't work!.
Measure the water for your recipe!. Use slightly warm water!. Sprinkle the yeast over the water and let it stand for 10 min!. Then continue with your recipe!.
All the best!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you always have to proof the yeast in warm water, too hot will kill it and too cool with not activate it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.follow directions on yeast package, then proceed with your recipeWww@FoodAQ@Com

You need to dissolve the yeast first that activates itWww@FoodAQ@Com
