On your hash browned potatoes do you want gravy or ketchup or some other sauce?!

Question: On your hash browned potatoes do you want gravy or ketchup or some other sauce!?
Answers:
No sauces on my hash browns, thanks!.

For breakfast, I like my hash browns topped with a couple sunny side up eggs!.

For dinner, with steak or chops, I like to mix diced scallions in with the hash browns when I cook them, and when they're nicely browned and done cooking, I top them with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and leave them in the pan just long enough to melt the cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sometime ketchup, but my fave is "hippie hash"!. It's hashbrowns with sauteed bell pepper, onion, tomatoes an mushrooms mixed in and then topped off with feta cheese!. Some of the restaurants that have it around here also put gyros, corned beef, pot roast or eggs on top also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Icky!!! Why do people always have to cover foods up with sauces!?!? It is usually better without all that junk!. Besides the sauces, gravies and ketchup add an enormous amount of calories and carbs to any food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If i'm just eating hashbrowns, i like ketchup!. If it's with eggs, then i like to mix the eggs with it if they are sunny side up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i most likely eat it with ketchup and occasionally hot sauce or gravy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually just dab a little butter on them while they are hot and sprinkle them with salt and pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fried eggs, so when you cut into them the yolks run onto the potatoesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Onions and cheese cooked in them, then a dash of hot sauce!. No ketchup or gravy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ketchupWww@FoodAQ@Com

all of the above, or just a bit of real butter, and salt/pepper/garlic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A nice onion gravyWww@FoodAQ@Com

If the hash browns are really good, they don't need any of that!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, just salt and pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bacon bits and melted cheeseWww@FoodAQ@Com

Melted cheese! And some pepper and garlic salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like my eggs soft so I can mix em with my hashbrownsWww@FoodAQ@Com
