Yep, after 20 yrs in the Corps, is there anything else for breakfast!?!? When in a hurry, or on a budget, try taking a pound of ground meat, fry it up, add some diced onions, TONS of garlic, and a can or 2 of cheap brown gravy (with mushrooms if splurging, or use 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, with 1 can of gravy) then, after it's all ready, pour over a cold english muffin, or toasted muffin, or toast!.!.!. not bad either, and it stores well for a few days!.!. cost maybe 3 bucks for a big old mess of it!.!.!. good all week!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I, personally, wouldn't want to ruin a perfectly good piece of toast:) But, my father-in-law used to make it for my husband, and they both loved it !.!.!.!. maybe because they both ate it when they were in the service (S**T on Shingles)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make it once in a great while for lunch because my husband really likes it!. Since it's loaded with sodium, I don't make it very often!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
