This was the only recipe I could find!.
Vitello tonnato with a ratatouille of peppers and courgettes

30-60 min!. main course 4 persons
Ingredients Send recipe as E-card!

- Veal loin 250 grammes
- Butter
- Tuna 225 grammes
- Mayonaise 3 spoons
- Sour cream 1 spoons
- Capers 25 grammes
- Pickles 50 grammes
- Ansjofish 2 pieces
- Peppers 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 green
- Courgette 1
- Onion 1
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive oil 2 spoons
- Rosemary 1 twig
- Parmesan cheese 4 thin slices
- Thyme 1 twig


Method of preparation

Mix all ingredients for the tunincream in a blender until it is smooth!. Peal the peppers with a slicer en chop them up in small pieces!. Cut the courgette in cubicles!. Chop the onion and the garlic and fry them slightly in olive oil and herbs!. Add the pepper and when this is nearly softened add the courgette!.
Cut the Parmesan cheese into triangles and bake them on a sheet of bakingpaper in the oven on 180 * C!.

Bake the vealloin and make sure it is medium done!. Leave it to rest!. Cut the veal in thin slices and cover this with tunincream!. Roll up the slices!.

Put some of the ratatouille on a plate!. Use a ring to make a perfect circle!. Place two rolls of veal on top!.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese!.
