Why is my pie so runny?!
i just made a strawberry ruhubarb pie and i cut it and it is soo runny!! i made one in school also for a class and it was the same way!.!.what am i doing wrong!? is there anything you can do once it is out of the oven!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The temperature of the oven is either too low or you are not baking the pie long enough!. That always happens to my pies! I just learned to keep it in the oven longer I guess!Www@FoodAQ@Com
nothing to do at this point!. but next time add 1 T!. instant tapioca for each cup berries!.!.!.it acts as a thickening agent with no effect on taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would add 1 tbsp of corn starch, it will thicken it up!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
