I'm going to guess you're talking about a sauce to make it a Chili Dog!.
Here's how I made the sauce I enjoyed last week!.!.!.and the whole crew enjoyed it for Super Bowl!
Brown a pound of ground beef but chop it really fine while it's browning!. Drain any fat that accumulates!. I also browned a finely chopped onion at the same time because we love the flavor it adds!. Add a small can of tomato sauce, some mustard, chili powder, garlic salt, black pepper, a little brown sugar, and some cumin!. I really can't tell you the amounts because I just eyeball it!. I don't use any herbs in it even though I use them in most everything! Basically, add the same seasonings that you use for chili but don't use the beans or the celery!. I didn't use green pepper this time, but sometimes I do!
Enjoy your chili dogs!. Any leftover sauce freezes well and then you can just reheat it in the microwave!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Let's see how would i design a sauce for hotdogs!.!.!.!.
Well, I like the standard of " Yellow" for hotdogs and "Red" for hambergers sooo!.!.!.if it ain't broke there is no reason to fix it!. In this case i have no reason to preference any one specific color therefore, I am keeping the color scheme the same as it is!.
This tells me to start with a Mustard base for color reasons alone and because i only want it for color I would use a basic mustard ( no dejon)
Next I'd look to textrue and for me I like some crunch to it so I would be looking to peppers, carrots, celery and onions for the " Crunch Factor" they will be cut very small!.!.think of the size of the peppers in relish!.
some heat is nice so Chili powder and cumming work nicely and so do chili powder & Pabrika and some Cilantro & Basil would be nice too!.
I'd add a little vinegar to give a pickling taste to it all!.
I'd add Fresh Tomato and I would keep my Bell Pepper " Yellow" and add a Banana Pepper in there too!.
Garlic & cloves would be nice too and Rosemary / Tarragon could be useful!.!.!.!.
This is just something I would work with but this is a nice starting point I think!.!.!.maybe there are some ideas in here for you!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
