Answers:
Dough
jiffy pizza dough mix
add about a 1/2 a tablespoon of McCormick's Italian seasoning,
about 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
and about 1 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder
Sauce
1 can of tomato paste
1 can of lemon juice
1 can of water (maybe more depending on desired consistency)
2 tablespoon of McCormick's Italian Seasoning
2 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons of onion powder
1/2 cup of sugar
(beware the tomato paste is extremely bitter) might have to play with ingredients to get personal desired taste!.
Then you just make your dough according to directions then add in extra seasoning, add desired amount of sauce and whatever topping you desire!. Then top with mozzarella cheese!.
Note: I buy the sandwich pepperonis from the deli, because they taste better and are bigger!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

An alternative (& much quicker) way to make a pizza is to use pitta bread as a base - big ones or lots of little ones!. Spread base with tomato paste, then bbq sauce!. Top with some cooked ground beef, then add chopped onions, capsicum & mushrooms!. Add anchovies (if you like them), and lastly plenty of grated cheddar cheese!. I use it straight from the freezer, it's fine!. You can always mix in some grated mozarella cheese too!. Bake in a preheated med-hot oven for about 20-30mins - when it's toasty brown on top, it's done!
PS!. These are great to keep in the freezer & cooked when needed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you have the base or are you making that as well!? For the topping, it's best to not crowd it too much!.!.!. My favourite combination is probably 3 lge slices of procutto, fresh mozarella and napoli sauce abviously, olives and artichokes!. Can put some fresh tomatoes and rocket on after its cooked :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
