What are the best cuts of Lamb to grill on my Charcoal BBQ?!

Question: What are the best cuts of Lamb to grill on my Charcoal BBQ!?
I am a HUGE fan of Charcoal barbecuing!. I believe that once you try it and grill some good meat on one, you'll never want to use gas again!

I've done Pork, Beef, Chicken, various kinds of fish and seafood (using cedar planks) but I have yet to grill Lamb!.

What are the best cuts of lamb to use!? And what should I put on them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rack of lamb grills great and pretty quickly too - just rub with a bit of olive oil, s and p, crushed garlic and rosemary - it's wonderful! I've also done a leg of lamb - for that you need to do indirect heat!. Push all the coals to one side of the grill, put the roast on the other side, cover and grill - depending on the size this can take an hour to 3 hours!.!.!.totally worth it! With lamb, it's also good to remember that the flavor and texture is the best when it's only cooked medium rare to medium at most!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinaded lamb is great on the grill!. Butterflied leg of lamb, or some stores will sell slices of the leg as steak!. I've marinaded lamb leg steaks in fresh lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh oregano and fresh parsley!. It was heavenly!.

Don't forget, real shish kabob is made with lamb!. Just marinade with fresh lemon juice, garlic and oregano!. the leg works well for this too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
