Vegan carrot cake is always a hit, and it's easy to make as the carrots provide enough moisture that you don't need to worry about using and egg replacer as a binder!. This vegan carrot cake recipe with whole wheat flour uses dates and orange juice for a bit of sweetness so it is sugar-free!.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well to combine!. Pour the batter into a lightly greased cake pan!.

Sugar as in refined, or any type of sugar!? Because it's easy to get in the practice of substituting honey and artificial sweetener and natural ones like Stevia, in place of sugar- but you have to get yourself a cookbook for diabetics for instance to find recipes that are tried and true!.
If the sugar issue is as easy as that, then the rest is easy- Angel food cake (as the previous poster said) is actually quite high in sugar content_!. However, the egg whites that make an Angel Food cake unique, are cholesterol free- so I can offer that much advice anyway!. Any cakes with egg whites only are fine, and then just figure out your sugar substitutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
