This one is my favourite I add a bit of garlic to it with the oregano
Meatballs with Tomato and Basil Sauce

Ingredients

Meatballs

* 500g lean mince meat
* 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
* 2 T tomato sauce
* 1 T fresh or dried oregano (finely chopped)
* 1 T olive oil for cooking
* 1 onion (finely chopped)
* 1 egg ( lightly beaten)
* 1 t Worcestershire sauce
* 1 T fresh or 1 t dried chopped parsley

Tomato and Basil Sauce

* 1 t brown sugar
* 5 sprigs basil
* 2x425g tins crushed tomato
* Pepper to taste

To serve

500g pkt Couscous or 1 pkt spiral pasta
Method

Combine all meatball ingredients and roll into balls (3 per serve)!. Heat oil in frypan and cook the meatballs (approx 10 mins)!. Place crushed tomatoes in a saucepan, add brown sugar and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat!. Add fresh basil leaves at the end ( to keep their color)!. Place meatballs on cous-cous (recipe on packet), top with tomato sauce and shaved parmesan!.

Honey Garlic Meatballs

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
6 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
cooked rice

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs and salt; mix well!. Shape into 48 balls, about 1 1/2 inch in diameter!. Place in a single layer on a jelly roll pan!.

Bake at 500 F for 12-15 minutes, turning often; drain!. Melt the butter in a large skillet; saute garlic until tender!.

Combine ketchup, honey and soy sauce; add to skillet!. Bring to a boil!. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes!. Add meatballs!. Simmer, un covered, until the sauce thickens and the meatballs are lightly glazed!. Serve over rice!.

an Pakistani recipe for meat balls
first u clean the meat!. after draining u add chopped onion chopped green condiender and chillies and add some spices!.
mix them and make balls keep a side!.

take a vessel put oil the put cuted onion when it become brown put tomato's and garlic and add spices after mixing all and after 5 min add meet balls in a vessel don't shake the balls from spoon keep as it is for 10 min!. after 10 min u can move the balls and see it is cooked or not!.

If you're looking for a sauce too, I really like this one and it's very easy!. Cooking the meatballs in the sauce made them very tender!. I'd search this site or epicurious!.com for meatballs if you're looking for something a little fancier!.

if your looking for lean, I would suggest using ground turkey with italian sausage or just ground turkey!. this is a great product with little fat and substitutes nicely for pork!.

Throw in some choped fesh oregano, parsley and basil, add some bread crumbs, a couple eggs, some parmasan, and some salt and pepper!. I prefer to bake them in the oven at around 350 until two thirds done and then finish them by simmering in tomato sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy prego add Italian seasoning , get sub bread stick ,boil meat balls , get metal tray spray pam on it,put sub bread on their , add meatballs ,warm up prego sauce and add italian seasoning to prego sauce poor sauce over meat balls in subread ,add swiss cheese cook for 10-15 minutes in oven at 400 degrees !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
