How can you jazz up spaghetti ?!

Of you are using a canned sauce here is what I do!.
Saute about 1/2 or 1 whole onion depending on size, a clove of garlic crushed, and some mushrooms about 2 tbsp butter!. Add the sauce and some fresh or dried parsley, and parmesan cheese!. Simmer for about 20 min!.
You can also add ground hamburger, sausage, or a mix of both!. Chicken thighs on the bone!. Simmer this for a couple of hours, until the meat is fall of the bone tender!. Or use a kielbasa sausage or something like that as well!.
Oh yeah and even though I'mnot preganant or anything like this about 1 tbsp of mayo for a good serving of noodles with a little seasoned salt!.
Or a sausage or hamburger white gravy is good on top!.

I put crushed red peppers, Italian seasoning, chili powder, sweet and hot Italian sausage, grated Parmesan, Romano and Mozzarella cheeses and mushrooms in my spaghetti sauce to give it a one of a kind flavor!. Sometimes, I will even add some Open Pit BBQ sauce in it!.

I like to saute julienned carrots & squash, onions, spinach & garlic in olive oil!. Use fresh not frozen! Do the carrots first - they take the longest!. Then add about 1/4 cup pasta cooking water to the veggies & serve over the spaghetti!. Really quick, really good, really healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Boil your spaghetti!. Toss the hot pasta with some olive oil and garlic powder!. Instead of sauce, add halved cherry tomatoes, cubed Brie cheese and some chopped basil!. Toss to coat!. This works good with Penne pasta, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
