How can I tame my salsa? Too much jalapenos! and how can I add flavor to it?!

Question: How can I tame my salsa!? Too much jalapenos! and how can I add flavor to it!?
I just made some salsa, that used jalapenos!. I put seeds in and all, not that much, but it hasn't even set yet and I heard the longer it sets the hotter it gets, and it's burning my lips really bad!. What can I do to it to calm it down a little!? For an idea of what I made, I used whole canned tomatoes blended, onions, salt, cilantro, jalapenos!. Is there anything else you would add to this for flavor as well!? Thanks for you help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Usually when my food is too hot i found that a spoonful of sugar tend to tame the heat!.!.!.it also give a caramelised tasteWww@FoodAQ@Com

The seeds and white veins are where heat is stored in peppers!. also, capsaicin is an oil so once it is in your mouth is will stay there for a bit!. Drinking water actually spreads the oil and makes it worse!.

I would suggest making your salsa creamy to ease the heat!. If you burn your mouth, the best way to calm it is by eating bread or drinking milk!.

You could make this a cheesy spread; for super easy, add something like velveeta if you like the taste and microwave!. Otherwise, use a mixture of cheddar and sour cream, or cheddar and jack!. Different, but I think you will like it!.

If you don't want to go with cheese, or want to keep it cold, add sour cream!. As much as you like or need to calm it down, keeping in mind the heat will continue to spread as it sits!.!.!.

also, you could make Guacamole out of this!. Buy some well ripened avacoados!.!.!. mash with your salsa and add fresh lime juice to taste!. It's authentic and the avacodos will tame the heat a bit!. If it's still too hot, add a large scoop of sour cream or even may to the finished product!.

Enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add some lime juice and honey to your fiery salsa!. The lime juice will help to give it flavor and the honey will help to tone down the spiciness of the jalapenos!. You may need to add a good bit of honey to tone down the heat so just keep tasting and adding more as needed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might try doubling the recipe and leaving out the jalapenos, then mixing both batches!.

You could add just a little bit of vinegar to give it a little bite!. also, you can add a variety of spices, such as basil, oregano, mint, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you blended the entire can of tomatoes, then it's probably pretty watery too!.!.!.!.!.!. add more chopped fresh cilantro, and chopped FRESH tomatoes!. You might add a sprinkle of cumin and oregano too!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only way to cut the heat is to make more salsa!.!.!.!.!.!.May wanna add some lime juice and try picking out the seeds!.!.!.!.!.!.That's where the heat's at!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
