This is the absolute best recipe !!!! I got a blue ribbon at the fair with this one!.
There is no need for frosting, one of the most moist cake I have ever eaten!.
CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE
1 cup margerine, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened ( do not substitue)
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
Combine first 3 ingredients
Creaming them well
Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating each one
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, stirring until combined
Stir in vanilla
Pour batter into well greased 10 inch tube pan, bundt pan or 2 laof pans
Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 45 min ( YES 1 HOUR AND 45 MIN ) , if using 2 loaf pans check with toothpick, time may vary
Cool in pan for 10 min
Remove and cool completely
If you like coconut!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.this is the most wonderful cake !!!!!
White On White Cake
18- 24 servings
1 box white cake mix
15 oz can cream of coconut
8 0z of frozen whip cream
14 oz flaked coconut
In 9x13 pan, bake cake according to directions
Using a fork poke holes in baked cake, while warm
Spoon cream of coconut over it
Cool completely
Spread whip cream over cake
Sprinkle with coconut
Keep refrigerated, wonderful while cold

CAKE
3 foil wrapped bars (total 6 oz ) Semi-sweet chocolate baking bar
1 1/4 cup water, divided
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla

MOUSSE FILLING
1 foil wrapped bar ( 2 oz) Chcocolate semi- sweet baking bar
2 TBSP of sugar
1 1/2 cup heavy cream, divided
VIENNESE GLAZE
4 foil wrapped bars ( 8 oz ) semi- sweet chocolate baking bar
2/3 cup heavy cream
3 TBSP powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
Cake
Preheat oven to 375
Combine over hot water ( not boiling)
3 baking bars and 1/4 cup water
Stir until bars are melted and mixture is smooth
Set aside
Combine flour, salt and baking soda
Set aside
Combine sugar, butter, and vanilla, beat well
Add eggs one at a time
Blend in chocolate mixture
Gradually add flour mixture with 1 cup of water
Spread into 4 greased 9 inch round pans
This will not take long to bake!. Original recipe calls for 2 pans and then splitting cakes which is a crumby mess!. The 4 pans is much quicker and makes a much nicer cake!.
Cool cakes and remove form pans
Spread 3 of the layers with the mousse filling ,placing the 4th cake on top with no filling
A good idea is to put this i the refrigerater a few min, to set the filling before putting on the glaze
The glaze will set very fast and it will have a veery nice smooth look to it!.

In med pan over low heat

Put 22 cookies in bag and crush
Cut remaining cookies in to small pieces
Prepare brownie mix using oil, water, and eggs
Stir in crushed cookies
Pour into sprayed pizza pan
Bake 18- 20 min
Sprinkle top with marshmallows
Return to oven 1- 2 min
Remove pan from oven
Sprinkle cookie pieces and M&M over top

Combine sugar, Milnot?, Marshmallow Crème and butter in a heavy 3 1/2-quart saucepan!. Heat lowly to boiling, stirring frequently!. When mixture boils vigorously (so that boiling cannot be slowed by stirring), start timing; continue boiling for 4 minutes, stirring constantly!. Remove from heat!. Stir in chocolate chips until melted!. Add nuts and vanilla extract!. Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan!. Cool at room temperature!.
Yields almost 3 pounds!.
Variations
Substitute butterscotch or peanut butter chips for chocolate chips!.

Line 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil; generously grease foil!. Set aside!. Beat egg whites in large mixer bowl until foamy; gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff peaks form!. Set aside!. Beat egg yolks in small mixer bowl 3 minutes on high speed!.
Add 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla; continue beating 2 additional minutes!. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add alternately with water to egg yolk mixture, beating on low speed just until batter is smooth!.
Gradually fold chocolate mixture into beaten egg whites until mixture is well blended!. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan!. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until tests done!. you will need: a box of moist yellow cake mix (unprepared), 1 stick of room temperature butter, 1 room temperature egg, non-stick spray, lemon jello, cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar/splenda, foil, powdered sugar, vanilla frosting, rasberries, lemon juice
1!. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2!. in a bowl, add the yellow cake mix, the butter, and egg
(make sure butter and egg are at room temperature so there are no lumps)
3!. cream the mixture until thick but smooth
4!. in another bowl, add the softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar or splenda, lemon juice and a box of lemon jello (unprepared)
*note* you can heat lemon in microwave for 10 seconds and then roll on counter to get juice flowing
5!. cream together
6!. in a rectangle cake pan, lay foil
7!. spray with non-stick spray
8!. spread the cake mix so it's even and covers the foil
9!. on top of cake mix, spread the cream cheese
10!. bake in oven for 40-45 minutes
11!. when baked, cut into squares

2 pkg!. reduced fat cream cheese

8 oz!. reduced fat ricotta
Beat eggs for 2 minutes!. Add sugar, vanilla and flour, and cheeses!. Set aside !. Beat egg whites till soft peak stage!. Fold egg whites into cheese mixture gently!. Pour into buttered 10 inch springform pan!. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees!. Turn oven off, open door a crack and let rest in oven for 1 hour more!. Cool at room temperature!. Refrigerate 6 hours before serving!. 12 to 16 servings
