Answers:
The way I do thin chops:
Saute until lightly golden brown on both sides!. (Do this pretty fast) Remove from the pan add some sliced onions, and sauerkraut!.some caraway seed if you like then bake for about an hour!. The chops will be nice and tender!.
Another way:
Saute until golden!. remove from pan and make some stuffing, add a chopped up apple if you have it and some cranberries if you have those!. Add the chops back into the pan with the stuffing and cover and bake about 30-40 min!. You may have to add a bit more liquid to your stuffing in the beginning!. Watch that it does not get too dry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would season them, brown them in an iron skillet with a little oil, then add some flour, make a rue, and then slowly stir in enough orange juice to fill the bottom of the skillet with gravy!. Then put some raisins in it!. Let it cook over a medium fire! While it is cooking, cook a pot of rice and serve over rice with gravy! Yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cut them off the bone!. If you have something pork friendly that you can roll up in them, do that!.

Spinach and feta cheese
Dirty Rice
Stove Top Stuffing
garlic and spices

Or make a porkchop gravy!. Pan sear them, make your roux, add the water, and let them finish off in the gravy!. Serve over rice or potatoes!.

Pan sear, bake with apples and serve with Macaroni and cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thin chops cook quickly!.!.!.I would sautee in fry pan with 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil, brown quickly both sides, top with salt, pepper, garlic powder and very thin slices of onion!. Add some liquid (broth , wine or water), cover and simmer until done and onions are cooked!. Remove from pan and make a delicious gravy if you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I put them in a frting pan wiht just enough water to go half way up the pork chop and biol them until they are just about done and drain!. add a can of cream of mushroom soup and let simmer the rest of the wasy!. maybe even add a little milk if you have alot of meat!. Make mashed potatoes and corn and you can use the mushroom soup like gravy!
Very good!. Hope it helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
