Question: I'm making a Spanish tortilla for breakfast tomorrow and!.!.!.!.!.!?
I will have leftovers!. How long will it be safe to eat!? also, how do I store it in the refrigerator!?

Answers:
Realistically speaking your product will deteriorate in quality long before it becomes a safety issue
If you store it in a zip-lock bag or a Tupperware container it should easily last 3 days in your refrigerator
Just so you know when food guys such as myself look at the hazard potential of various foods the first thing we look at it is how much raw protein is available for the microbes to work their magic on
Don't ever be afraid to ask a question b/c if you spend enough time on this you will quickly realize how little most people actually know technically about foodWww@FoodAQ@Com

Hiya, depends on the leftovers!. I would say, if sealed in aa airtight container, you're cool for 3-4 days!. NOT eggs tho, those are ( in my opinion )2 days maxWww@FoodAQ@Com
